Our roof and trim look great! We searched for roofers and had several proposals. Baystate was the best – not inexpensive, and not crazy like the national chains. We had a thorough proposal the next day. Our team was great with a shout out to Dillan, Brad and his crew who were professional and friendly. The roof was completed in a day, and the window trim was finished the next day. Other than the banging, you wouldn’t know they were there (no loud talking, lunch, music, etc), and the cleanup was 5 stars. Connell delivered the hometown service we all crave with excellent results. I’d recommend them to anyone and we plan to use them again for additional projects. If you need a roof or trim replacement call them!

John came out to look at leak on my 5 year old roof, he was a consummate professional. He was able to diagnose the leak and explain to us a plan of action. He gave us a full comprehensive roof inspection and did the work same day. I would recommend Connell to any home owner! Ask for John!
